In general the service received was good, usually with quick response and good internal coordination among the Packimpex team, when somebody was not available, other colleague was there to support us during the process. Just in the case of the temporary apartment, we had in the beginning some issues with the internet, after that still the internet service was not good and tv service with some deficiencies.
