Arrival from abroad

In general, the relocation process went well, with no major incidents. The support and communication from my relocation manager were received on time and she was available for answering questions all the time. My only observation would be related to the timing, it was a bit tight having the goods delivered to the permanent apartment just a couple of days before moving to it, as we had limited time for setting up our stuff as much as we could before actually moving. My other comment is related to the companies that supported us at our destination. The staff took good care of our stuff and of the properties, the only area of improvement I noticed is related to the safety measures to prevent COVID-19 transmission. I had to remind them about general measures as it seemed they were not fully following them, and I was a bit worried about exposing my family to this risk. so I felt that they should be trained on taking additional safety measures for this.
