Overall the relocation service was very good. Possibilities for improvement: 1) At the apartment, I was required to re-eneter the wi-fi paswword every 3 days on each device. This bacame even more frustrating once we started working from home due to the Co-Vid lockdown. I lost count of the number of times that I was kicked out of a work meeting, or entimICE stopped working, only to discover that the reason was that the timer of the wi-fi password had expired. I asked for this timer to be removed but apparently it could not be done. 2) Health insurance advice. We have been referred to two companies. I spent a lot of time to compare these two options. Why were we not informed that our company has also got a convention with another provider? That provider’s offer was eventually the best for me. Had I known this since the beginning, this would have saved me a lot of time!
