Better estimation of when my shipment would arrive – my personal items were picked up July 22 and are being delivered September 10 – we have been here since August 4 and didn’t think we would be without our personal items for this long. I felt this was the most un-coordinated effort given all of the different people involved on both US & Swiss sides.
